The mentioned residential complex is located in Didube district, at the above-mentioned address. The distance to the center is more than 5 kilometers. The nearest stop is located 300 meters away, there are ten different routes on Tsereteli Avenue.

This is the project where I also bought a flat and I recommend it to you too. They have a good history of finishing 3 projects just as promised – condition and prices. What I like about this company is that they have really good and easily approachable management. Even though my project has been finished, they are still taking care of our problems, if any. This is really rare. As I said, they finished 3 buildings and now are building the 4th one. Construction is said to be finished in 2022. Good thing is that you do not need to take a loan since the company offers you zero percent internal installment. What does it mean? You just pay a 20% downpayment in advance and the rest is split into the months until the building is finished. At the moment 30% of the building is finished. The location is quite good. Close to Metro Tsereteli, 1 km from the central station. Very easily accessible. Check on the map, Kedia st 10.
